Cubase Recording Software is a loosely pirate-themed third-person action-adventure game with promising potential but frustratingly flawed execution given its price. The Cubase Recording Software server caches the domain and IP address (DNS) and supports the protocols HTTP and FTP. According to the publisher, an unlimited trial period comes with this program. But once you install it, it says you have 50 launches, and asks you to register the program. Cubase Recording Software isn't a winner, and our recommendation is that you skip this buggy program. While Cubase Recording Software can manage file transfers with some reliability, it doesn't stand up to other programs -even freeware- in terms of features. During testing, we were able to download and upload several Cubase Recording Software simultaneously to and from multiple FTP servers, yet if a connection was interrupted, Cubase Recording Software couldn't resume the transfer. The program also doesn't support secure protocols or allow you to schedule downloads/uploads. The standard interface, similar to many other file-transfer programs, is easy to use and intuitive.
